What a warm and welcoming environment. Broad choice of Asian food and everything is prepared beautifully. Lovely service. Owners are particularly welcoming. You can't go wrong coming here.

We had dinner here last night for the first time. We were greeted so warmly when we arrived and seated right away. The staff is so attentive and friendly. We ordered drinks and appetizers first. Had the roti cani and edamame. The roti was so delicious and well seasoned. The edamame was also good. It didn't have seasoning on it, but still yum. Our sake came out and they were super about pouring it for us. We had for dinner the chicken pad thai, takka don and shiraka roll to share. The oad thai was well seasoned and the portion was generous. The noodles were a little over cooked, but again yum. The takka don was a good portion, but the rice a bit overcooked as well. But, well seasoned. I'm not sure what roll we received but it was delicious and close to the one ordered. We loved our experience. The restaurant is so nice inside and the service was amazing. We will definitely be back. We were back!!!! Another delicious meal. Had an early dinner. Everyone was lovely. We had the same sake, however this time it wasn't cold to begin with. Oh well. It was by the time we finished dinner. I still this the sushi rice is a bit overcooked. But, they do a great job.

While the Royal Sushi Platter was quite delicious, I am really writing this review to commend this establishment on its customer service. My dad inadvertently ordered the wrong entre and the waiter immediately said no problem - and allowed him to re-order. This is probably not always the case at other restaurants do kudos to Matsulin! The food was very good though and reasonably priced. Parking is easy too in their back lot.

I had an extreme foodgasm! The food is great here and the atmosphere is very homely. Staff is friendly. I keep asking my friend when we'll go here again. I recommend this place if you happen to visit Hampton Bays in Long Island.

If I could leave more stars, I would! I’m visiting my sister’s family from NC and this is one of their favorites, obviously for good reason! The service was impeccable, food was delicious, and the owners were so kind and especially loving to the kiddos as well. Highly recommend from someone who has been in the food service industry for 25 years.

One of my favorite places in the Hamptons for fresh, delicious Asian food. Great variety, generous portions, and reasonable prices make this place a must visit destination!

I've gone here for years , but I haven't gone in a while due to not being in the neighborhood. When I used to go the food was great , and the owner Vivian was very friendly . I went last week and nothing has changed the food was great and the person who I ordered from (Nicole) was very friendly . The restaurant itself is nice and clean. It's a nice atmosphere.

I was happily surprised with this restaurant. This is not just a "Chinese restaurant" this is a restaurant that represents many Asian countries and their dishes. The menu includes sushi and other dishes from Japan, dishes from Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and of course China. Each dish is made to perfection, carefully drafted and presented with care. The staff is excellent. The food takes a bit of time since everything is made as you order. I will be back. P/S: Peiking duck is excellent
